These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Health Wellness Vision ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") governing your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Services are available to clients across all 50 U.S. states via in-person and virtual consultations.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By booking an appointment, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed by our coordinators within one business hour. We strive to honor requested times but reserve the right to suggest alternative slots when necessary. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment durations without refund. No-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved health savings accounts. Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for completed services are issued at the discretion of the Company and only in cases of documented service failure.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 25% of the service value. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or call us at (423) 202-3256.

While Health Wellness Vision employs board-certified clinicians and evidence-based protocols, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed. Health outcomes depend on numerous individual factors, including adherence to treatment plans, underlying conditions, genetics, and lifestyle. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of Health Wellness Vision or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Wellness Vision and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Wellness Vision and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Our handling of your personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Our services may involve third-party vendors, including payment processors, laboratory partners, telehealth platforms, and specialist clinicians. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Johnson City, Tennessee.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
